Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition with tags intact.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: intimate apparel, customized or personalized items, items marked as "Final Sale," and items purchased during special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@banazcouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability before initiating the return.
